Program Details

This program prepares students for entry- to mid-level management roles by covering essential functions like planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling, along with strategic and operational management practices. Students gain skills in leadership, teamwork, and communication, enabling them to make effective decisions, deliver persuasive presentations, and navigate management complexities in professional settings. All courses used to satisfy the major must be completed with a grade of "C" or better. (RG 8756)
